We offer two distinct services to the residential property investor, the Gold Service and the Platinum Service.

Gold Service (Excludes Property Inspection and requires you to complete our property checklist) valid for all Australian cities and regional areas.

Platinum Service (Includes our Inspection of the Property) currently servicing Sydney/ Melbourne/ Brisbane.

Regardless of the service that you select, both the Platinum and Gold Service offer the same contents in the final report presentation which includes:-

• A life-time(40year) depreciation schedule that can be used for the life of your property
• Both the Prime Cost and Diminishing Value Methods of Calculation
• A Graph demonstrating the best method of claim
• Utilisation of the benefits of Low-Value Pooling
• A 100% first year claim for Low Value items (that is items under $300)
• A Tax deductible invoice
• A guarantee to provide a FREE report in the instance that we can’t find depreciation in the first year of claim equal to 3 times the professional fee)

Option 1: Gold (excludes Property Inspection) Australia Wide Service

With the Gold Service, we do not undertake an inspection of the property. Our report is prepared on the basis of the information that you supply to us through our comprehensive, on-line checklist.

The Cost of the Gold Service is $239 plus GST and is valid for all Australian cities and regional areas.

Effectively utilizing the Gold Service, you advise us of the details that we would otherwise obtain by inspecting your property and we pass on our time savings by way of a REDUCED FEE. If at any time you have difficulty in completing our checklist, simply call our help desk on 1300 550 311.
Typically the time taken to prepare your Gold Service report is 3-4 days.
Our Gold Service report is prepared in accordance with the ATO’s Self Assessment guidelines by professionally qualified quantity surveyor’s. As stated in the ATO guidelines, “under the self-assessement system, the claims that a taxpayer makes in their tax return are accepted by the ATO, usually without adjustment, and an assessment notice is issued. Even though the ATO may initially accept the return, the return may still be subject to further review”.

Option 2: Platinum (Includes Property Inspection) ~ SYD/MELB/BRIS

With the Platinum Service, we inspect the property on your behalf and make all necessary appointments. The final report is prepared based on our inspection and the plans, photographs and check list that we prepare during the inspection. With the Platinum Service, our trained inspectors ensure that you maximize you depreciation claim.

The Cost of the Platinum Service is $450 plus GST and is valid for properties located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
